No, you can book right up until 15 minutes before the session starts.
No, all wraparound and club bookings must go directly through our booking portal on our website.
We operate on a 1:12 ratio as standard. OFSTED guidance is 1:30 ratio.
Yes we do, and tax free childcare options! We also accept card payments.
If we are offering wraparound provision at a school, this means we are either OFSTED registered or in the process of doing so, you can select your scheme on payment. If you can’t find the right scheme for you, please contact us.
Our evening clubs are currently primarily focused on sporting/physical activity and craft based activities, they run as three distinct activity blocks

- End of day - 16:15
- End of day - 17:15
- End of day - 18:00
Yes they can, our flexible booking system allows you to book the slots following on from you club, either 16:15 - 17:15 or 16:15 - 18:00
Unfortunately not, we can only accept children from the host school currently.
You will receive an automated booking confirmation email when you have made your booking, you will also receive a holiday camp information guide the Friday before camp starts with venue specific information including what staff are leading and specific site contact information.
At the start of each summer term we will release dates for the following school year to book.
Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds for cancellations. If you need to cancel your space, you need to contact us directly, and a credit will be issued onto your account to be used on a future camp or programme. To use your credits, speak to a member of our team when making your next booking.
Any cancellations within 24 hours, the booking will stand, and a credit will not be issued. This is due to our commitment to already having staffing in place to stay within ratio.
