Our days usually structure as follows:
8:00 - 9:15: Arrival, registration, crafts and board games
9:30 - 10:30: Children's choice games
10:30 - 10:50: Break/snack time
10:50 - 11:50: Coaches choice activities
12:00 - 13:00: Lunch & break time
13:00 - 14:30: Theme of the day
14:30 - 14:45: Tidy up and prepare for 3pm collections
15:00 - 17:00: Multi-sport games and craft activities

No, your child will need to bring a packed lunch, snack, and a drink. For allergy purposes, please ensure your child’s packed lunch doesn’t contain NUTS or SESAME, or anything that contains these two ingredients.
- A refillable bottle – water is available at all our sites
- A packed lunch – please avoid sending your child to camp with nuts or any items that could contain nuts (please note we cannot refrigerate any food items)
- Healthy snacks – as well as lunchtime, your child will have breaks throughout the day to have a snack
- Sun cream – to help avoid sunburn in the summer months we ask you to provide your child with sun cream and ensure they know how to apply it
- Clothing – we advise that you send your child with an additional set of clothing, just in case, especially on water wars day, and a coat in the winter months!

Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds for cancellations. If you need to cancel your space, you need to contact us directly, and a credit will be issued onto your account to be used on a future camp or programme. To use your credits, speak to a member of our team when making your next booking.
Any cancellations within 24 hours of attending, the booking will stand, and a credit will not be issued. This is due to our commitment to already having staffing in place to stay within ratio.
We aim for a 1:12 ratio, however we appreciate that some bookings may come late, in this case we will never exceed a 1:16 ratio.
OFSTED guidance is a 1:30 ratio.
You will receive an automated booking confirmation email when you have made your booking, you will also receive a holiday camp information guide the Friday before camp starts with venue specific information including what staff are leading and specific site contact information.
We aim to put our camp bookings live 6 - 8 weeks ahead of the start date, this can sometimes vary dependent on communication and confirmation with the school venue, the absolute minimum will be 4 weeks ahead of start date.
