Whether you're working, studying, or juggling after-school commitments, our wraparound care is designed to take the pressure off — while giving your child a fun, safe and engaging place to end their day.

Session Times

• Monday to Friday

• 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM

• Held on-site at Southfield Primary School

No travel. No extra pickups. Just peace of mind at the end of the school day.

Cost & What’s Included

• £9 per session

• Includes a light snack

• Flexible online booking — pay only for what you need

You can reserve your child’s place using Childcare Vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare.
Simply select your scheme at checkout — no payment will be taken until full registration is complete, expected during the summer holidays.

How to Book

Our online system is simple and fully flexible.
Book as little or as much as you need:

• One-off sessions

• A regular weekly slot

• Full-term access

You can even book on the day, as long as we have space available.

Using Childcare Vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare?

Here’s exactly how to book:

1. Go to the booking page and select the wraparound sessions you need

2. At checkout, choose “Childcare vouchers” and select your scheme from the drop down

3. This will secure your child’s place immediately – even though you haven’t paid yet

4. You do not need to pay at this point – we are still finalising registration with OFSTED

5. Once registration is complete (expected during the summer holidays), we’ll email you:

   • A reminder of your bookings

   • Step-by-step instructions for making payment through your chosen provider (e.g. Edenred, Sodexo, Tax-Free Childcare etc.)

6. You’ll then log into your voucher portal or Tax-Free Childcare account and send the payment manually, using the details we provide
