Activ8 Camps returns to Bessacarr Primary School this February. If you're looking for reliable childcare that your child will genuinely enjoy, our Winter camps offer the perfect mix of fun, structure, and creativity — giving you peace of mind during the busy run-up to Christmas.

Dates & Times

Camp dates:

• 16/2 - 20/2

Drop-off window: 8:00–9:15 (If you need to drop off later please just let us know via the central contact
Collection:

• Standard day: 15:00

• Extended day: 17:00 

We know mornings can be busy, so you can drop off anytime during the registration window.

Early Bird Discount

Use FEBRUARY10 at checkout for 10% off your booking until 23rd January.

Spaces are limited each day.

Who Can Attend

Children in Reception to Year 6 from any school.

This location is paid provision only; we are unable to accept HAF codes at Bessacarr.

What Your Child Needs to Bring

To help your child enjoy their day comfortably, please send them with:

• A packed lunch

• A refillable water bottle

• Suitable indoor and outdoor clothing

• Optional spare clothes for younger children if needed

All activities are delivered by trained, safeguarding-checked Activ8 staff.

What Happens at Camp

Each day includes a structured mix of:

• Sports and games

• Creative activities

• Craft projects

• Team challenges

• Quiet spaces for children who need them

4. Complete checkout

5. Make the payment through your childcare voucher account

6. Email camps@activ8group.co.uk to confirm you’ve sent payment
