Activ8 Camps launches at St Oswald's Primary School this October. If you're looking for reliable childcare that your child will genuinely enjoy, our summer camps offer the perfect mix of fun, structure, and creativity - giving you peace of mind throughout the holidays.

Dates & Times

Camp dates: 26/10 - 30/10

Drop-off window: 8:00-9:15 (if you need to drop off later, just let us know via the central contact)

Collection:

• Standard day: 15:00
• Extended day: 17:00

We know mornings can be busy, so you can drop off any time during the registration window.

Pricing

• Early Bird - book by 5th October: 10% off with code OCTOBER10 
• Standard pricing - £23 (8-3) or £30 (8-5)

Book early to secure the best price - spaces are limited each day.

Who Can Attend

Children in Reception to Year 6 from any school.

This location is paid provision only; we are unable to accept HAF codes at St Oswald's.

What Your Child Needs to Bring

To help your child enjoy their day comfortably, please send them with:

• A packed lunch

• A refillable water bottle

• Suitable indoor and outdoor clothing

• Optional spare clothes for younger children if needed

All activities are delivered by trained, safeguarding-checked Activ8 staff.

What Happens at Camp

Each day includes a structured mix of:

• Sports and games

• Creative activities

• Craft projects

• Team challenges

• Quiet spaces for children who need them

Paying With Childcare Vouchers or TFC

We accept all major schemes at Activ8, some schemes may not yet be set up at St Oswald's. If you would like to pay with a specific voucher scheme please contact us at camps@activ8group.co.uk and one of our team will be happy to assist:

How to Pay on Our Booking Portal using TFC or vouchers

1. Add your sessions and proceed to checkout

2. Select “Childcare Vouchers”

3. Choose your provider

4. Complete checkout

5. Make the payment through your childcare voucher account

6. Email camps@activ8group.co.uk to confirm you’ve sent payment
