PLEASE READ – This page is for our free universal places, open to any child - no eligibility or HAF code needed. These are a limited number of completely free places, so they go quickly.

These places are in replacement of paid places for Summer - there will be no paid places available at this site.

Does your child receive free school meals? You can book a funded FSM place instead.

Activ8 Camps is delivering free HAF summer holiday club at Hill Top Academy, Edlington this summer. Funded through the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme, our camps offer a brilliant mix of fun, structure, creativity and a healthy meal each day - completely free.

Dates & Times

Camp dates: 21/7 – 14/8

Drop-off window: 8:45–9:15
Collection: 3:00pm

We know mornings can be busy, so you can drop off any time during the registration window.

How to Book

This is a free universal place, open to all children - there's no HAF code or eligibility check needed. Simply book your place at checkout. Universal places are limited and go quickly, so book the days you need early.

Who Can Attend

Children in Reception to Year 6 from any school. No eligibility needed - universal places are open to all, while spaces last.

What Your Child Needs to Bring

To help your child enjoy their day comfortably, please send them with:

• A refillable water bottle
• Suitable indoor and outdoor clothing
• Optional spare clothes for younger children if needed

A free healthy meal is provided each day as part of HAF funding, so there's no need for a packed lunch.

All activities are delivered by trained, safeguarding-checked Activ8 staff.

What Happens at Camp

Each day includes a structured mix of:

• Sports and games
• Creative activities
• Craft projects
• Team challenges
• A healthy meal
• Quiet spaces for children who need them
